Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

I lost all my forms that I filled out. I have to get blanks and start over. I'am not compurter literate. I could not retrieve my filled forms. What a waste of my time, No body bothered to let me know how l could retreve them. Only worried about what grade they would get.

When documents are locked by other applications such as DocuSign you cannot sign them or open them with this software. You are however able to sign them on that platform after creating a separate logon with DocuSign.

Love the software
Love the software. Earlier I wrote that the software was difficult to navigate. I would like to rescind that statement. It was user error on my part. The software is very easy to navigate and I really, really like this product a lot.

The filling of the spaces in blank when there are squares are a bit tedious. One has to center the square and it is not always neat and aligned with the other characters one enters. It is slow.

Its ok. It would have been nice to know that you would request credit card info before being able to save or print your document. Thats bad faith and almost akin to blackmail, considering a Govt agency has you approved as a trustworthy company to handle sensitive information.

pdfFiller is a major player, it seems to have everything I would ever need. It has been impossible to find anything as good. Also, it is intuitive I have limited computer experience and only once had to contact learner support and than they could not have been more helpful. Thank you.
