So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

I had to use as a one -of to sign a document, but inadvertently signed up to a subscription. The website itself wasn't too clear, so no marks there. However, once i realised i was signed up and contacted the company via email, it was resolved with 2 emails over 2 days - from *********! And with me using my son's email address and forgetting i had done so. Very happy to get a refund. ******, *********

I can easily find the forms I need and accomplish them. The option to have them linked to agencies for submission is very convenient. I would recommend to small business owners like myself.

Thank you Customer service chat helped me find the watermark option. I couldn't see it in the areas I thought it would be. Although I had to exit out of chat because the option was under the chat box. So thank you since I had to close the chat out!

Had an unknown charge from pdf filler…
Had an unknown charge from pdf filler on my credit card, contacted them and they were very helpfully clearing up the charge it had been my wife who had subscribed to them but she has since passed away they cancelled subscription and gave full refund

easy to upload signature
I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).
