I LOVE THIS SERVICE SO FAR. IT HAS ALLOWED ME TO CREATE THE DEMOGRAPHICS FORM FOR TAX PAYERS IN THE LAY OUT THAT I ALWAYS DESIRED. THE BONUS TO THE LAYOUT IS THE PDF FILL IN THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INSTRUCT THE CLIENT RIGHT WITHIN THE CELL. EASY TO USE, TRULY ALLOWS ONE TO EDIT PDFS. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE MORE FONTS AND THE ABILITY TO SET THE FONT SIZE MANUALLY, AND SMALLER THAN SIZE 8. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT, USEFUL APP.

So far so good! Can't figure out a way to fill in dates properly though without dragging text in - or change the check box from cross to tick. Overall though saving a lot of time!

I dislike that you sometimes it freezes and doesn't allow you to upload quickly.

I have not had many problems . I enjoy I can easily stamp a signature on forms and send them out quickly.

Need Email Ease
I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

A wonderful tool for small business
Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it.
It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form.
The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

The application software is a great…
The application software is a great tool. But, when I search for another fillable document of the same, it does not allow me to pull up a clean form fillable document, for example local tax forms. Thank you.
