I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

An Alternative To Adobe
Run a small business without additional Adobe and DocuSign subscriptions....
It is a great value and it surprises me with new features on a quarterly basis. When I need new functionality I search for it and am no longer surprised when it is there!
I wish it would break down .PDF text into MS Word documents.

PDFfiller is great, but other free options are just as good
I love the ease of use. I have to fill out a ton of PDF files and it really made my life easier.
I don't like that it costs money. I'd rather deal with ads then pay. There are plenty of other options out there that are free and just as easy to use.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. Thank you pdfFiller for your great product!

Would be better if you didn't have to input personal card information for a one time use on a free item. Other than that, good experience because it was easy to navigate.

What do you like best?
I enjoy PDF Filler because it is not as expensive as Adobe Pro, and it allows me to quickly edit, sign, and return any PDF document I would normally need to print out, and scan back to myself.
What do you dislike?
One dislike I have is the fact I need to download everything. It would be really helpful if everything would be automatically saved on something like a onedrive (cloud storage), where it would be automatically saved. This way, I can have a local folder on my computer without needing to go into the webpage and click download
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to waste paper to download a form, and fill it out. Normally I would need to do this, then scan it back to myself. now I can upload, edit, and sign the form which saves a lot of time.

i PURCHASED THE 3 MONTH TRIAL SO I COULD FILL OUT A FORM ONLINE AND SCAN IT TO MY INDENDED RECIPIENT. IT WAS SO EASY TO USE WITH PLENTY OF TIPS AND INSTRUCTIONS. I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY WANTING TO COMPLETE WORK LIKE THIS FROM HOME.
