My QuickBooks won't let me print W2's unless I sign up for their payroll service. We have 2 employees! Not worth the expense! With PDFfiller, I was able to print W2's for much more reasonable price!

Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

What made my experience great is that it was simple and easy to use, I had only used docusign once before and decided to try pdfFiller for some court papers that needed electronically signed immediately. Where is the gross pay on a pay stub?
Both terms appear on your employee's pay stub. Gross pay or earnings usually appears at the top of the pay stub, while net pay appears towards the bottom, typically after a list of your employee's payroll deductions.
What is sit on my paycheck?
SIT is a percentage deducted from an individual's paycheck for state income taxes. FIT is the amount required by law for employers to withhold from wages to pay taxes. This amount is based on information provided on the employee's W-4.
How can I find my pay stub?
You can obtain a copy of your pay stubs by contacting your employer's human resources or payroll department. Some employers might require employees to submit a formal request to get copies of pay stubs, while others maintain employee pay information in an online database.
What is on a paycheck stub?
A pay stub, also known as a paycheck stub or payslip, is the document that itemizes how much employees are paid. You will receive a pay stub for each pay period. It shows your total earnings for the pay period, deductions from the total, and your net pay after deductions.

How do I get a pay stub if I have direct deposit?
Get Your Pay Stub From Your Employer Even employees using direct deposit can get their pay stubs from their employer. Employers can generate pay stubs based on your direct deposit and either e-mail them to you or give them to you directly. Ask your employer about this option and see if they can do this for you.

Is it illegal to not get pay stubs?
Federal law does not mandate pay stubs for workers, but the Fair Labor Standards Act requires employers to keep accurate records of employees' wages and hours worked. Your state might not require employer-issued pay stubs, but an employee has the right to request payroll records.
