What do you like best?
Easy to learn and easy to use. I use it for filling in permit application forms from the county agencies we need to apply for permits from. They are extremely frustrating in redundancy, asking for the same information over and over. PDFFiller makes it easy to fill out these forms.
What do you dislike?
Some of the buttons seem a little clunky but they are easy to use.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use
