What do you like best? That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner. What do you dislike? That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive. Took me a while to figure out how to… Took me a while to figure out how to delete an entire page. My one suggestion would be to leave the previously used tool activated. I get tired of having to click on "eraser" when I'm trying to erase multiple blotches on a scanned article.

Highlight the text that you need to annotate in Word by clicking and dragging to select a word or series of words. In Word 2003, click the Insert menu and choose “Comment.” In Word 2007 or 2010, click “New Comment” in the Comments section of the Review tab. Type out your comment and press the ESC key to close it.
Click the Review tab from the Ribbon (toolbar) at the top of the screen. Select the text you wish to comment or place the text cursor where you want the comment to appear. Click the New Comment button from the toolbar. Type your comment in the comment bubble that appears.
