I have been a short time user. I downloaded a document; tried to then sign it, which was ok, but when I downloaded it did not pick up the entire form; all preprinted matter on the form did not download to the email I sent.

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! She showed me step-by-step how to do it. Thanks Anna!

easy to use app with legal professional templates. I was able to edit/fill in important applications and documents and save into a file and share and or print for my business. I have been using pdf filler for years.

I create residential leases using the software. It allows me to deleted unwanted pages and to edit them how they need to be.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. It would help to have some sort of tutorial outlining the all the functions. Having been offered a webinar during the 30 day free trial would've been helpful.
