I have terrible handwriting and often end up having to tear up forms and fill them out again. Especially if the spaces provided to write information are small.

This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.

Good service but some things like filling out spaced letters are more difficult than they should be and paying for the service feels bad.Overall good though, being able to sign online is a nice convenience perk.

The price should be mentioned up front. You have to pay at the end because the document is important. I'm sure that is intentional. Its a good program so far. I will let you know the final outcome.

Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account.
