So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. I'm impressed with PDFfiller but I think there could be more options of background colours of the textbox, including different shades within each color.

The forms are easy to fill out and the online chat help was great. But I was a little confused when I was first starting and seemingly just thrown into the fire so to speak after what I thought was just filling in a form and really didn't have a 'how to video' before I was already in ther.

Works great and has all the features I required. I have found the customer support to be really prompt when I have had inquiries. Definitely going to keep this past my trial period.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Thank you!

What do you like best?
The ability to add a template, and utilize the template instead of creating a new document every time.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

Append primary and connection specific DNS suffixes When performing a name resolution request, this will append the DNS suffix of the machine and DNS suffix for this connection (see below) to the host name in a DNS query, if the query is not for a fully qualified host name.

How do I find my DNS suffix?
To check the DNS suffix of a computer, use config /all command that should list Primary DNS Suffix and DNS Suffix Search List. To determine the primary DNS suffix of the computer, right-click My Computer, click Properties, and then click Computer Name.
