So far it is working very well, i needed something straight forward that would allow me to fill in forms. I'm hoping to automate some of this in the future but right now it is I am just doing one here and there.

It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. Took a little time to figure out how to do more than one signature on a single document, but the Support Team was helpful and patient with me as I learned.
