Some of the text sizes seemed to change when editing, and the positioning of the text didn't always seem to be consistent with existing and added text

I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

Best customer service and software! It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. I was happy with the subscription but at this time I can’t afford it. I'm happy with the subscription and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good subscription that did the basics, and the site recommended one that checked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to decline from the offer because it was to expensive annually, rather than it being monthly.

What do you like best? Ease of use, flexibility of tools and automatic saving. Full encompassing product, re-write, over test, add images, move fields, add e-signatures, and complete forms. All gets saved in a highly professional manner, and saved automatically to my own personal files. What do you dislike? Having to re-verify login each time I visit the site often with delay whilst an email arrives, sometimes have to click through multiple screens. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it, you'll be immediately hooked. On first use, give yourself 10mins to familiarise yourself with the product it is incredibly intuitive, easy to teach onesful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No Problems, benefits are to adjust and edit pdf documents with ease, adjust previously written words, add to them, over right, add images.
