Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I was a bit unsure about whether non alphabet/numbers should be added. I was also unable to add my initial after my surname (just typing it) as the filler kept on opening the initial (as in signature) block.

An Efficient Time Saver
It is easy to update the documents with some features of a Word Document.
However, there should be more variety in the fonts and I wish it didn't change the original/all font when I edit part of it.
