Definitely an aid needed in my industry for State regulatory data gathering forms. Tedious and every facility utilized the 35 pg form differently with no consistency. The tool is also very physician specific though as a Nurse Practitioner a good degree of crativity is required to enter the desired information that has no technical heading/home within the document. Adding pages and making duplicates is key as it often required, especially with added clinical experience and with work history. The ssimple 35 pages easily grows to over 60 at times.

I have had limited use since I became a subscriber. I have difficulty printing the PDF file
I was working on and asked your online help desk what I could do to remedy that but

What do you like best?
Changing things (like dates) on insurance forms helps us a great deal when the insurance information stays the same and only the date needs changed. (Accord forms). We don't have to completely retype an insurance renewal form. So Handy
What do you dislike?
I have helped a colleague in inputting his information on flyers that had someone else's and the eraser showed lines in the final product. I had to figure out what was going on and I figured out I could increase the eraser to remove items rather than going over it several times (like wite-out tape).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to make changes to documents that you do not want to retype over and over again, then this product is a handy tool. Also, for doing 'already-made-up-flyers' to use for yourself by adding your own information is great. I used to have to remake everything with Corel Draw. This is waaaaaaay easier!!

Lifesaver!!
Lifesaver!!! I am not always able to print documents, fill, them out, sign them, and then scan them in and email them to recipients. This program allows me to skip most of the steps.

Best and complete tool to edit PDF documents.
Editing PDF files is so simple and easy with PDF Filler like using a Doc editor. I use it everytime to edit dates and sign documents, just sign on my device with my finger so every signature is different.
They could add a tool to increase the quality or resolution of scanned PDF files.

What do you like best?
The ability to merge and delete pages from pdf documents, and literally edit any pdf document I need to edit! PDF Filler has saved my life many times!
What do you dislike?
Nothing, I mean it! Absolutely nothing. Mayyyyyyybe the ability to split documents, but really the other options pdfFiller has let me to in that aspect have been amazing.

Great PDF Filler!
We needed and easy way to for patients to sign there name for Covid testing. Before we came across this they were signing with pen and paper and now they sign digitally on and case protected iPad that can be wiped down and sterilized. The iOS pdffiller app then digitally sends the completed PDF to a nurse. The whole process is seamless.
PDFfiller is very easy to use. Some features that we love are:
-Being able to convert a file into a PDF
-Converting a PDF into a Fillable PDF
-Creating PDF online.
There is also a mobile application for Android and iOS that works great.
Initially it was tough finding out where things were and where the files ended up when saved or converted over to be fillable. I think the menu could be simplified and reorganized.

What goes in a payroll file?

What is a payroll file?
The employee payroll file is the repository for everything that has to do with an employee's paycheck. The main reason to create a payroll file is to limit access to the rest of the confidential information that is located in the personnel file.
How do I label employee files?
Make sure to label employee names consistently: Last name, First name. An example of a clearly labeled document could be Smith.
What should not be kept in an employee personnel file?
Medical records. Do not put medical records into a personnel file. Form I-9s. Do not put Form I-9s into your employees' personnel files. Unnecessary material. Although an employee's personnel file may contain any other job-related documents, don't go overboard.
How Should personnel files be kept?
Employee files should be stored in a secure location and be kept strictly confidential. Access should be restricted to those with a legitimate need to know or as required by law. Several categories of records must be maintained according to specific requirements.
