I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. So, despite the deceptive billing, I am still happy I found this site, and that the website is so easy to use.

What do you put in a period kit?
sanitary pads (tampons when they get older) spare knickers in case they leak (you can get some great underpants that contain leaks here) plastic bags (to hold stained knickers or to put the used pads in if there isn't a bin handy)
What age should you make a period kit?
It depends on when you're going through puberty. Some girls can start their period as young as 10, while others don't start until they are 15.
Is it normal for a 10-year-old to get her period?
Most girls get their first period when they're between 10 and 15 years old. The average age is 12, but every girl's body has its own schedule. Typically, a girl gets her period about 2 years after her breasts start to develop.
How do you put a tampon in correctly?
Sit on the restroom with your knees apart. Using the tip of the tampon, open the folds of skin on your vagina and slide the entire barrel inside, angling towards your back. Insert it as far as your middle finger and thumb, at the grip or middle of the applicator.
How far should a tampon go in?
Once you insert the tampon, remember to direct towards your lower back and not straight up. Push the applicator in as far as it will comfortably go. At this point your fingers should be very close to, or pressed against your vagina, then simply withdraw the applicator and discard.
Why can't I put a tampon in all the way?
The more you relax, the easier the insertion will be. If you're not able to insert a tampon after several tries, make an appointment with your health care provider. One reason for this is that you may have been born with a very small opening in your hymen, which prevents you from inserting tampons.
How do you put a tampon in for the first time without it hurting?
Use your thumb and middle finger to pull out both tubes without touching the string. Avoid touching the string while you are inserting the tampon because the string should be moving along with the tampon up into the vaginal canal. Throw away the applicator and wash your hands when you are done.
How to make your period come faster?
Hormonal birth control. Using hormonal contraception, such as birth control pills or the ring, is the only reliable method of taking control of the menstrual cycle. Exercise. Gentle exercise may loosen the muscles and help a period come a little faster. Relaxation. Orgasm. Diet and weight.
