In the Azure Active Directory Admin Center, select Enterprise applications, and then search for and select the application to which you want to assign the user or group account. In the left pane, select Users and groups, and then select Add user/group.
Assign an app integration to a user In the Admin Console, go to Applications > Applications. Enter the name of the app integration in the Search field. Click the app integration name to open the settings page. Click the Assignments tab. Click Assign and select Assign to People.
In the Admin Console, go to Security > Administrators. On the Administrators page, go to the Admins tab. Click Add administrator. On the Administrator assignment by admin page, in the Admin field, enter the user's or group's name.
Assign app roles to applications Sign in to the Azure portal. In Azure Active Directory, select App registrations in the left-hand navigation menu. Select All applications to view a list of all your applications. Select the application to which you want to assign an app role. Select API permissions > Add a permission.
Assign applications to users In the Admin Console, go to Directory > People. Optional. Optional. Optional. Click a user name in the Person & Username column. Select the Applications tab. Click Assign Applications. Select applications from the list or enter the application name in the Search field.
Assign an owner Select Enterprise applications, and then select the application that you want to add an owner to. Select Owners, and then select Add to get a list of user accounts that you can choose an owner from. Search for and select the user account that you want to be an owner of the application.
