Works well but continues to have security issues in connecting with my Google Drive account. Each time I open a PDF in Drive using the PDFFiller App, I get an Unsafe warning. Please clear this problem up. I don't have the time or energy to do your survey right now, perhaps in the future.

Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.

AWESOME program but too expensive
AWESOME program, but the monthly cost is WAY too high. Should charge customers a more affordable price of $10/month. And stop trying to force us to pay for a whole year up front -- what if I don't need it for an entire year? Fantastic features, easy to learn, a pleasure to use. Just TOO EXPENSIVE.

With some emails back and forth, I was very happy with the outcome of my communication with their team.
I saw another post about the high price tag after the free trial, that is true, maybe both buyers and sellers should look at monthly options for those on fixed incomes.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. This has been a great tool for me. Trying to apply for a new apartment has been difficult due to the quarantine but this allowed us to sign and fill out whatever we need with little interaction with others. The 30 day fee trial was great for me and I will recommend this to anyone who might need it.
