I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

The application is smooth and easier to maneuver through all the features. I am impressed with the set-up of tools and the ability to move easily throughout the site to get documents edited, saved and printed.

So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

I used their services for 1 year
I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails.
They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. Highly recommend and can be trusted with your money 100%.

Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

So far so good
So far so good, I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC at home and at work, I am still on my first day of my 30 day trial of PDFFILLER but I'm impressed so far. I particularly like the library and search features. More to come as my experience develops.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.

Can a parent sign a lease for you?
A parent can serve as a guarantor and sign the lease agreement with you, which means they are responsible for paying for your apartment when you can't pay the rent. Thankfully, your parent can help you out by serving as a rent guarantor, and help you take care of some responsibilities.
Can you sign a lease with a power of attorney?
Yes, definitely get a copy and make sure it is notarized and is either a general POA or, if it is a limited POA, that it includes signing of leases or dealing in real property, or something that would cover binding him to that obligation.
How do you sign when you have power of attorney?
Bring documentation that identifies you as having power of attorney. Bring a copy of your POA document with you when you plan to sign for the principal. Sign the principal's name and identify yourself. You can always ask how the institution prefers you sign the document.
Do both parties have to sign a power of attorney?
Does a Power of Attorney Need Both Signatures? Most states do not require the power of attorney (POA) to have both signatures as only the principal is required to sign. The person bestowing the authority is the principal, and the person appointed to act is the agent, sometimes called the attorney-in-fact.

Can a person put you out of your name is on the lease?
Unfortunately, if you're a renter, you can't remove someone's name from your lease. Your landlord is under no obligation to remove your roommate's name from the lease. But some landlords are willing to remove a person from the lease. So it doesn't hurt to ask.
Can you be kicked out if you're on the lease?
Evicting a tenant isn't easy if his name's on the lease. Landlords can't evict even obnoxious tenants without a valid cause. Roommates have no authority at all to evict someone who also signed the lease.
