Pretty straight forward but when you want to print multiple forms of the same type I don't see a way to easily clear the info, I have to overwrite or clear each field manually. Thank you, Fred McFaddin

Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

What glue is used on postage stamps?
What is the glue on the back of postage stamps and envelopes made from? THE GUM on British stamps is composed of polyvinyl alcohol and detain. The detain is derived from starch (e.g. potato) and the vinyl alcohol is a synthetic derived from petroleum.
Are all postage stamps self-adhesive?
Today, most of the postage stamps issued in the world, whether in sheet format, booklet format, or coil format are self-adhesive stamps with backing paper. ALL the stamps issued by the US Postal Service are now the self-adhesive format.
When did postage stamps become self-adhesive?
The first United States self-adhesive postage stamp was issued in 1974. A new plan announced by the U.S. Postal Service will make all U.S. stamps self-adhesive. It's a day that many stamp collectors have dreaded.

How do you stick on stamps?
Place the stamp on the envelope. If you are using likable stamps, lick the back of the stamp. Sticker stamps can be used by peeling off the back paper on the stamp. Put the stamp in the top right corner of the envelope. Make sure it is in line with the return address in the top left corner of the envelope.
How do you get self-adhesive stamps off paper?
Soak the stamp in warm water until the paper is soft. Using a dull edge (think thing nail) gently scrape the paper off the back of the stamp. You will not get all of it off. There will be a very thin layer of paper fibers still stuck.
How do you put on vintage stamps?
The first method is simply by using an envelope moistener. You can use a tweezer to hold the stamp and run it across the moistened sponge or simply use a delicate touch and run the sponge along the back. Be careful not to make the glue too wet, or it will slide around on the paper before adhering.
