Love this program! I am new with it, but it makes my paralegal position ( I do public benefits advocacy) much easier in filling out forms that are not fillable on the Social Security website.

Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

This really works
My over all experience was pretty good I really like this software and would reccomend it to everyone it is definitely my top choice.
I liked the fact that you could take virtually any document and fill in the spaces with the information of your own. It really makes things a lot easier
I didnt like how you couldn't delete words that were already there I wish it was all in one app instead of having to download 3 or 4 different apps to get what I want done accomplished

Easy to Use Online Document Filter
Online platform allows for less bulky application. Some users liked that it was online and they didn't have to have an expensive bulky app like Adobe.
There are some features lacking and the website could use a little reboot. For the price, you can't get any better than this but it could still look better. It would be easier to use.

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents
It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed.
Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality
Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

How do I file a wage garnishment?
To start the wage garnishment process, file a Writ of Execution with the sheriff in that county. This authorizes the sheriff to inform the debtor's employer that a portion of his employee's wages need to be withheld from his paycheck each pay period until the debt is settled.
How can I stop a wage garnishment immediately?
Respond to the Creditor's Demand Letter. Seek State-Specific Remedies. Get Debt Counseling. Object to the Garnishment. Attend the Objection Hearing (and Negotiate if Necessary) Challenge the Underlying Judgment. Continue Negotiating.
Can you stop a garnishment once it starts?
You must take action to prevent the initial garnishment or address it if it has already started by claiming an exemption with the court. The creditor will continue to garnish your wages until you pay the debt in full or take some measure to stop the garnishment, such as by filing for bankruptcy (see below).
How fast can you stop a garnishment?
It may be as few as five business days or as long as a month. For a bank levy, or nonage garnishment, it's usually about 10 days. You can object to the garnishment after this window closes, but you'll lose any diverted income or amount in your bank account in the meantime.
How can I apply for garnishment hardship?
Take copies of the form and then file the original with the court clerk. The court clerk will give you a time and a date for a hearing on your hardship exemption request. You will also need to bring any proof of your income and expenses such as pay stubs, rent receipts, utility bills, car payment coupons.
Can you reverse wage garnishment?
One way to end your wage garnishment is to call your creditor and get them to agree to a repayment plan. Look at your budget and see what you can pay. Then can call your creditor and see if they will agree to a repayment plan for you to pay a lower monthly amount than the garnishment.
Do you have to go to court for wage garnishment?
No lawsuit or court order is required for this type of garnishment. If you are in default, your wages can be garnished. At least 30 days before the garnishment is set to begin, you must be notified in writing of: how much you owe.
What happens when you go to court for garnishment?
If the judge finds in your favor, your argument will be sustained, and your garnishment will either be reduced by less than the typical 25 percent deduction of your paycheck allowable by law, or it will be eliminated entirely. If the court finds against you, the garnishment against your earnings will proceed as ordered.
