It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

The go-to for creating useful PDF files
This software has become a go to for pretty much every PDF file I have to create. I have used it to create forms that our midsize business uses on a daily basis. I find it to be very user friendly and a quick and easy way to get what you need. It has positively affected our costs of printing and paper, and it's good not only for our budget but for the environment too!
Customer service is not the fastest and sometimes I have a question that needs to be resolved that day. I read online that it depends on the plan you have purchased and I don't think that is the best way to treat your customers.

This has been a very pleasant surprise as I am a avid &somewhat devoted Adobe Acrobat user &didn't think that there existed any other app that could even come anyway close in performance, features &value to what has long been the industry standard for me...They created PDF file format..but PDFfiller has made working with them much more user-friendly &intuitive. Using the two in tandem has been both very eye-Opening ,&productive!!!
