It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

Ridiculously time-saving and easily customizable
PDFfiller is a lifesaver as an office assistant, as I'm able to quickly populate imported forms with the info I need without filling them in by hand-which saves me time, ink, and effort!
Little drawbacks to using this-while some files I import aren't already OCR-friendly, it's easy to navigate around and create text input on my own.

Super easy to use and if you need tech support they are there for you.
Its very easy to use and very informative. A couple of clicks and you are done. Tech support is great as well!
It would be nice to get an email when the client opens the contract I send, rather then always having to check

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. Very good experience and removed my frustration. Thank you.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

Why is my fax coming out black?
This is usually due to the document in question being image-heavy. Most traditional fax machines don't handle printing images well, and as a result, the fax prints out black or garbled. From here, they can download the image of the fax as a document.
Why does my fax have a black line?
Occasionally, vertical black lines appear on your received faxes. This happens when dust, dirt or other debris gets stuck on the scanner unit. A dirty or misplaced corona wire, located on the fax machine's drum unit, can also cause black lines, or you may have a faulty toner cartridge.
How do I get rid of the black line on my fax machine?
Use a cloth or paper towel moistened with rubbing alcohol or a window/glass cleaning agent. Lightly moisten the cloth or paper towel — do not directly spray liquid onto the machine. — Water does not work for this cleaning. — Do not use a microfiber or screen-cleaning cloth.
Why does my scanner have a black line?
Black vertical lines that appear on the images you scan into the computer and copies you make are typically caused by dirt or correction fluid on ADF or scanner unit. The scanner unit is the mechanism that reads in the documents that are being copied or scanned.
How do I get rid of the black line on my Brother printer?
(For models with Automatic Document Feeder only) Clean the primary corona wire inside the drum unit by sliding the green tab. Make sure the green tab of the primary corona wire is at the home position (). The drum unit may be damaged. The toner cartridge may be damaged. The user unit may be contaminated.
Can a fax be sent in color?
