I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. A little overwhelming at first. Trying to send to a client to fill out a form but it seems a little difficult. A webinar would be nice. I am going through the FAQ with some success.

I just was able to get the best service…
I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! This is the way to do business!! Thank you for making the refund process painless!

You can be able to merge more PDF's into one file
The reason to use PDF filler was I wanted to merge more files and I managed to do it easily the only problem is that the premium version is expensive to me.

VERY EASY TO USE PLUS ONE SUGGESTION
VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019
