Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. This service was extremely helpful when I was in a pinch for an assignment for work! Loved being able to combine multiple PDF's into one cohesive document, as well as edit, add text, and highlight on my existing PDF. Easy to use and user-friendly!

I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it.
It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.

I have found that Adobe is not only impossible to use for editing it is a nightmare!!! Your format for typing on sheet music is ideal. I couldn't be more pleased!!!!!!

Well PDF has help me through many challenges during this Pandemic not being able to get to a fax machine to send documents. I love how easy it is to get through a document and how it allows you to send the documents via mail, IRS & many other good things.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.

How do I make a PDF auto calculate?
To add the Formula Field, select Formula. Drag and drop the selected field anywhere on the document. Open the Formula Builder at the top of your document. It will help you calculate a value based on number fields in the document.
How do I create a fillable PDF with calculations?
Select the box, then go to Text Box Properties > Calculate. From here, we can do one of two things: you can select the second option to pick one of the preset calculations, such as sum, product, or average. or you can choose the third option to create a simplified field notation formula.
How do you black out numbers in PDF?
To do this, navigate to Tools and select Redact > Redact Text & Images > Find Text & Redact. This makes it easy to identify and then black out that content throughout the document. You can also specify general patterns, such as phone, Social Security, or credit card numbers.
