Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

Misunderstanding between monthly & annual plans
I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

Easy addition
This product has been very helpful for my needs.
I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms.
The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

How do I combine certificates?
To combine them, simply copy the contents inside the root certificate and paste it into a new line at the bottom of the intermediate certificate file. Once this is done, click File → Save As and save this new bundle file and ensure to add '. Crt' without the quotes at the end of the new filename.
How do you bundle certificates?
You can create a certificate bundle by opening a plain text editor (notepad, edit, etc) and pasting in the text of the root certificate and the text of the intermediate certificate. The order they go in depends on the type of server you are running.
What is a CA certificate bundle?
CA bundle is a file that contains root and intermediate certificates. The end-entity certificate along with a CA bundle constitutes the certificate chain. In case you have received the intermediate and root certificates as separate files, you should combine them into a single one to have a complete CA_bundle.
How do I get a certificate chain?
Get Your Certificate Chain Simply paste in the contents of your. Crt file, and it will return your complete certificate including the intermediate certificates. You can then install them on your web server or CDN provider. It will also return the decoded certificate.
What is a full chain certificate?
A certificate chain is an ordered list of certificates, containing an SSL Certificate and Certificate Authority (CA) Certificates, that enable the receiver to verify that the sender and all CA's are trustworthy. The Intermediate Certificate is the signer/issuer of the SSL Certificate.
How do intermediate certificates work?
An intermediate CA certificate is a subordinate certificate issued by the trusted root specifically to issue end-entity server certificates. The result is a trust-chain that begins at the trusted root CA, through the intermediate and finally ending with the SSL certificate issued to you.
Can a PEM file contain multiple certificates?
PEM. This format can contain private keys (RSA or DSA), public keys (RSA or DSA) and X. 509 certificates. A file can contain multiple certificates.
How do I combine PEM files?
To combine multiple PEM certificates, you just need to put the ASCII data from all the certificates in a single file. Below is an example of this: To be safe, work on your certificate starting from the root certificate and then, the intermediate certificate. Work your way up the chain to the root certificate.
