overall it is a good product once you are accustomed to operating within its rules and time lapse with commands and follow through

*** ****** is literally the best *** Filling *** out there. ******. All the functionalities of *** filler are remarkable and make doing business a complete breeze. Unfortunately the Platform I use daily - is cheaper however - isnt as functional as *** filler. So I tried completing my need with them as I have used them in the past. So I signed up for the trial - attempted my documents - I failed; closed the window and forgot about the subscription. This morning I woke up and saw the charge, I couldnt remember what Email I even signed up with. I emailed *** ****** at 5 am and got an immediate response with an agent ready to help. They asked easy questions and were able to locate my account and issue an immediate refund. I dont think there are words to express how incredible and unmatched that level of customer service is. Creating Policy and procedures
Creating Policy and procedures, I notice spell check had changed a word. PDF Filler prevented the need to recreate the whole document.

I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. It is a convenient application
It is a convenient application which allows professional appearance to forms. I am a little concerned about shared documents which need editing if the recipient is not a subscriber.

What do you like best?
The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
