I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. This is a great program. Easy to use and print and save to my computer. However, I would have liked the option to subscribe and pay by the month instead of an entire year at once.

The features are great. It would be nice to have the option to combine PDF documents. I also have an issue when entering text where the text box disappears and I have to click on the document again to enter text. Aside from that, he existing features are great and I would like to see how PDFfiller can improve in the future.

love pdf filler dont know how i lived without it.hope i can afford to keep it after trial, its a game changer. PDF filler is like having your own office.

I loved using the program. It helped on saving paper while allowing to update documents without having to print, use white out, and scan the updated document. It was really the only feature I used, but i know there was so much more to the program. I would love if they created a pay option that was cheaper than basic or reduced the price of basic for those of us who just need it for one or two functions. It was very easy to use and i wish i needed it for other things. Overall still a great program and i would recommend it to anyone. I am only giving it 4 stars due to me just not needing it for a whole lot.
