What is wet stamp engineering?
Wet stamp= original stamp of approval not a copy! Wet stamp refers to an original stamp of certification.not a photo copy. What you are being asked is to provide an engineer-certified structural plan BEFORE you build your wall.
What are sealed drawings?
They then put their professional seal on them. This means they take full responsibility for all the information provided. If the building is built as drawn and sealed, any failure or defect that shows up during or after the home is constructed is their responsibility.
Can a PE sign architectural drawings?

Who can stamp architectural drawings?
An architect cannot stamp another person's drawings. They need to be done by or under the supervision of the architect stamping.
Can architect stamp MEP drawings?
1) No, an architect cannot seal an MEP document. Engineers who wish, can seal architectural plans as well as plans related to engineering disciplines other than their own, as long as they are prepared by themselves, or under their direct supervision. We call it incidental practice.
