Helpful, does what I need to do. The only reason I gave it four stars is because you can't see the comments unless you are online and sometimes I am traveling to places without wifi access so it would be nice to view my downloaded documents and see the comments I attached to them.

This is a great tool and is full of features that I really need for editing, exporting, merging and printing documents. I like all of the supported file formats and may use the routing features in the future. The pdfFiller will import huge .pdf files and allows you to save just one or two pages from that file for editing. It offers alot of flexibility and performance features which I appreciate for document management and workflow.

How do I put multiple scans into one document?
If you have multiple scanned documents that you would like to combine, you can do so by first ensuring that they are PDF documents. If they are JPEG or PNG files, convert them to PDF by opening them in Preview and then using the Export feature in the File menu to save them in the PDF format.

Create or open one PDF file (the first document) From the Document menu choose Insert File (or Insert Pages) Select the file to insert and the location to insert it. Repeat this process to bring all of your documents together.
