It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

The best online resource for anything that deals with words. Has every feature imaginable, and then some, to get personal or professional work done fast. I have caused myself alot of grief and wasted valuable time looking for a better or cheaper app and I feel as if I have tried them all. pdf Filler has it all and will be the only app you will ever need. So far, so good
So far, so good. Does as it claims to.Some of the functions e.g. merge could have more accessible controls (you have to gone into a few menus), but when found they do their job well.Maximum document size is 25Mb so if you have a bigger document you have to use another online splitter and go from there. Don't really see why that functionality could be integrated though.

How long does it take to get building regulations certificate?
Once the construction works have commenced, and the building control body has undertaken a commencement inspection, the approval lasts indefinitely. A completion certificate should be received within eight weeks of completion of the building work if it complies with the regulations.
Do I need a building completion certificate?
On completion of any structural works or works which involve changing of pipes or services, a house owner should obtain a completion certificate confirming the works have been carried out to the required standard from the Building Regulation Department of the local council.
How much are building legs?
If you are building a new home you can expect to pay around £240 to submit a full plans application & around £510 for the required inspections. Works to existing houses such as extensions, conversions or renovations will cost around £180 to submit the plans & a further £200 £550 for inspections.
