I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. It think it can be very useful once I get the hang of it. Disappointed that for a yearly subscription of $72.00 you don't get access to the erase feature. This feature is even free online. Do consider and include it.

What do you like best?
The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.

Pdffiller has by far the best support…
Pdffiller has by far the best support team that I have ever experienced. They can be contacted day or night to help resolve any problem or question I have had. They are fast and provide answers promptly. They even send links or videos to show you how to solve the problem. Pdffiller is great for sending fillable and signable documents used in the medical field because they offer hippa compliance, encryption and secure cloud storage. I highly recommend pdffiller.

Quick to respond and follow through
I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
