Having the capability to complete my documents on line and print makes my job run more effective and efficient. It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

Easy to use, great feedback. Only wish there were more features built in. I've given feedback on how adding field to a form should have built in guides that you can place, then drop and snap to. Another great feature would be to allow these fields to move with the arrow keys so when you don't want it to snap to position, you can manually adjust to make exact. Also, it would be nice to see the text fields with faded text so we can see how many letters we can fit without having to save and test it ourselves. I could probably give more feedback but maybe I should send in my job application first? lol

The interface is reasonably intuitive…
The interface is reasonably intuitive and everything works right, as far as I can tell. One note: To move a field, select and hold the symbol for move in the box just above the field, not the box itself. In other words, the symbol is the handle.

I've been really happy with how easy it…
I've been really happy with how easy it is to find certain forms, then fill them in and print them, but I wasn't able to find a few forms I needed and had to look for them elsewhere. I'd be ecstatic if all the forms I needed were all in one place.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time
Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.

Click File > New. Type Calendar in the search field. You'll see a variety of options, but for this example, click the Any year one-month calendar and click Create.
