the service is great, however the payment option is miss leading, as it says $6/month and when you go to pay you charge the full year up front, in US$ and some of us are poor, so thanks for that.

I get PDFs sent to me from time to time and it can't get much simpler than using the PDFfiller. It works great.

Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. This was just new to me so it has taken me a lot of time to navigate around to do what I needed to do. I'm sure with some use and training it will be very easy to use. I have accomplished filling in the form but I'm trying to see how to get the new file name to appear as a download on my computer, so this is what I'm working on now.
