It's an awesome program. The only problem is that this form is used with all insurance companies and the top should be blank for that particular company to fill in their name.

I am a rookie user born of necessity since some pdf forms I needed to fill out on a website were not cooperating. I'm hooked. Very convenient and easy to use and saved me on more than one occasion (same type of issue). Now that my "crisis" is over, I want to delve into the product and actually unlock it's potential.

I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

Easy to fill out. A little slow with the next box catching up. But a good experience. Also, if you needed to fill out a box below, the "Next" box would be in the way.

We make many fillable enrollment forms that are the same except for the title. Would be helpful if we could regenerate a new PDF (with the fillable areas in tact) and just change the title to make a new PDF

Good service. It's more than I want to pay. I don't use it enough to justify the price. If I need these type of services again I would return to this company.

I like the professional government…
I like the professional government templates available but the layout of the actual site is a little tricky to understand how everything works on it.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Very good tool
Very good tool - I used the free trial and I'm about to find out how easy (or not) it is to escape before getting stuck in the subscription system!
