Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. I needed to make editable changes to a document in a short window of time. PDF Filler did the job!
User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC.
I wish that I could've been able to log in and get right to my previously saved work faster. The intro screen and the print screen were rather busy.

It is a little bit confusing on how the program works. I have been trial and error learning so far. It would be nice to get more direction and not just comment bubbles.

I just started using it today
I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

Very convenient!
Refilling forms is now a thing of the past for me, with this app I can make templates for reusable forms, it‘s also a convenience for my client as I can pull up forms in no time.
Erasing was quite a struggle when I was assisting my coworker, it took a while to figure that I only have to adjust the size.

I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.

Well, I tell you the truth. I am not an easier learning with software and subscriptions. I have a few such as fileinvite taxdome... but this PDFfiller with the customer service I have received from Dee just not, along with the two other I spoke with has been outstanding. Dee took the time I needed and is very well knowledgeable about how to navigate this system. I am super glad i was helped by Dee... Even though I am a slow learner, and I might need to chat in the future, I appreciate the time and walk through I was provided, I have not hard this customer service before.
