What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Having this product on my day by day is being great. I convert a lot of documents from pdf to Word to review and compare documents. This make my work easier.

my son is in the military. so I needed some information notarized. with me and him being in different locations. I was able to use the pdf filler to sign my name. then add my son to the document as a team. so he can sign the document as well. after both signatures were on the document. and notarized by PDF filler. my son was able to get the document notarized by a notary.

it was easy to to do it. I am a pensioner and cannot keep the subscription going. Only needed it once hence opted for free trial.

Well it worked. But, I was tricked into the 30day trial by populating a document you do not own. I could have done this without needing an account albeit "free trial." I don't think I need this service full time. It's way too expensive for an infrequent user.

Wonderful Experience with this software…
Wonderful Experience with this software so far. very affordable also. Editing features are user firendly and easy to use. Also does the same basic things as Docusign if you want to esign a document by several different recipients.
