What do you like best?
The program is user friendly and helps me with the essential tools I need to fill in and change my PDF files. I use this on a daily basis for work and works very well with other programs I use.

The font match is the only downside of the program i face especial when I have to fill in words and characters onto the document. It takes time for to match the font that is similar to the original font. Collating pages in a certain order is difficult for me but I decided not to use this feature.

One of the better document editing apps available
Allows you to go completely paperless. Create pdf files from Excel, Word, etc. Merge or split different files. Offers electronic signatures. Easy to operate. Can track if the document has been viewed.
The app does what it says it does but in order to use more advanced features and options, the cost can get expensive.

Have used it to fill out two forms and was very pleased with the experience. The only problem I encountered was being unable to expand the circle. May be due to my not fully understanding the program's capabilities.

I needed to use the service for an application
I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.

What type of consideration is required in order to make a deed valid?
To be valid, a deed must be in writing, identify the land and the parties, and be signed by the granter. A deed that is defective may be classified as either void or voidable. Voidable deeds include those executed by one without capacity (e.g., because of minority or insanity).
What is not required for a valid deed?
For a deed to be valid, the granter must sign it. She can sign her name or make any other mark intended to validate the deed, and she can even have her agent sign for her. The grantee doesn't need to sign the deed for it to be valid. Only the granter needs to sign.
Which is a requirement for a valid deed?
The granter, the original owner of the land conveys his interest to the grantee, the recipient of the title.
