At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. So far printing doesn't work when printing directly from filled in form. I need to save it to my desktop and open in my pdf application and print from there.

I have not been able to figure out how to use my mouse and just scroll/roll thru the doc. I have to go to the left and click on page 2, to get to page 2, I can't just use the roller on the mouse to move.

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to use. Makes your docs look professional and neat. Easy to manipulate a doc that is incorrect.

If you are writing a personal letter of reference, include a salutation (Dear Dr. Smith, Dear Mr. Jones, etc.). If you are writing a general reference letter, say "To Whom it May Concern" or simply don't include a salutation.
Address the letter If they're applying to a specific position or school, then address the letter to the hiring manager or admissions director. If the student is applying to several programs, then address the letter “To Whom It May Concern.”
