With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It was easy to use, my one complaint would be exporting one document at a time was time consuming. Wish I could have selected all documents to export one time.

user friendly, easy to create and send, very happy with the responsiveness of customer service via email; however, it would be nice to be able to speak to someone on the phone for quick questions.

It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

There are things I still can't figure but overall, I am getting the hang of it and it seems fine. It takes a while to go between pages but that could be on my end.

I really like this app! Super easy to use, reliable and efficient.Also, comes very handy in this darker times we are living because signing documents (for example) as never been easier.

There was a bit of a learning curve to getting the software's capabilities down, but once I understood how to use the forms feature and whatnot, I find I really enjoy using your software more than I even like Adobe. I think your program has better templates and features than the others I have tried. Bonus points for being lower priced than Adobe while you're at it.

Having better results with the site It is a lifesaver as far as my clients being able to sign consents on the screen and get them back to me. So far, the recipients of my docs have been able to follow the instructions and sign the docs without difficulty
