It's a great program, but it can be a bit glitch-y when trying to fill in information. A minor problem, but it does get in the way of having an optimal user experience

I needed to complete a form online and…
I needed to complete a form online and pdffiller was the perfect solution. I was able to find my form, fill it out on line and sign it online. I had no issues.

The interface is fairly easy to use, and there's a wide range of things to do with your document once your are finished. It's a bit pricey, but for the limited things I've needed so far, PDFFiller has been able to deliver.

The Change Date in the Patient Medical Record feature allows you to easily update the date on a patient's medical record. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Log in to your pdfFiller account and navigate to the Medical Records section.

Select the patient whose medical record you want to update.

Locate the date field that you want to change and click on it.

A calendar will appear, allowing you to select a new date. Choose the desired date and click on it.
