This is a great programme - but as an individual, probably not quite what I wanted as it is a bit expensive for the odd document.

Excellent.
My current job is as freelance translator, and sometimes my customers send me the documents in PDF. for me, it's easier to work with WORD format.
You can convert any type of file into editable one.
In case of scanned PDF, it doesn't work.

Can you change the subject of an email in Gmail?
Click the button to the left of the To field and then click Edit Subject. Gmail will show you an email compose pane with an editable subject field. While composing a reply or forwarded email, the Subject line will appear and be editable above the body of the email.
How do I change the subject line in an email?
