The interface is reasonably intuitive…
The interface is reasonably intuitive and everything works right, as far as I can tell. One note: To move a field, select and hold the symbol for move in the box just above the field, not the box itself. In other words, the symbol is the handle.

PDFfiller Review
In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

Functionality. But some links could be more clearer. For example, how to delete an entire line from a pdf? I figured it out but took some trial and error.

It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. What is a PDFX file?
PDF/X is a subset of the PDF ISO standard. The purpose of PDF/X is to facilitate graphics exchange, and it therefore has a series of printing-related requirements which do not apply to standard PDF files. For example, in PDF/X-1a all fonts need to be embedded and all images need to be CMYK or spot colors.
What is the difference between PDF A and PDFX?
PDF/X: Ensures the file will work when sent for professional printing (all fonts embedded, no RGB colors, etc.). PDF/A: Ensures the file is appropriate for archiving-that is, it will remain readable for a long time, despite changes in technology. PDF/E: Makes the file particularly useful for engineering documents.
