The forms are in a different size, doesn't match exactly the form and sometime may be rejected by the instituion or company that issue the original form.

Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. I like that I can find most of the forms I need bit it is very difficult, at least for me to align some of my typing to the actual corresponding lines. (eg): pleading paper. Im sure there is a way but i haven't learned the whole program yet

Easy and economical I have used it to create and edit pdf documents for over 10 years now. Its ease of use. I tried it after a web search when I needed to do some general edits and create some pdf files and I didn't want to spend a ton of money for Adobe. This program was just the ticket. It allows me to insert/extract pages, rotate, create from other programs, and do some minor edits. Fantastic and powerful... easy to configure and use. Can't say that there was much I didn't like about the software at all. I continue using it even when I worked for a company that purchased Adobe because it was easier to use.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

How do I remove fillable fields from a PDF?

If so then you can use the form tool(s) to remove all the form fields. That'll leave you with just your PDF page content. Go to Form Edit mode (Tools — Forms — Edit), select all the fields in the list and press Delete, then return to the normal viewing mode and save the file.
