At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?

Overall, the application is useful. The only issues that I have been experiencing is some of the edits I make either reappear, or are placed on top of the existing text.

What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

Overall, GREAT structure platform, user friendly have cool tools.
GREAT structure platform, user friendly have cool tools and variety of options and the great part is online.
A get to much error on conversion files from one format to another. Also having some issues with saving the files to my desktop.

I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! How would you account modifications to a lease?
Account for the lease modification as a termination of the original lease and creation of a new lease from the effective date of the modification. Measure the carrying amount of the underlying asset as the net investment in the original lease immediately before the effective date of the modification.
What is a partial termination of lease?
Partial lease terminations, in particular, involve terminating only a portion of the leased asset, while the remaining portion continues to be leased. This may happen, for example, when a lessee downsizes their space in a leased building or returns a portion of leased equipment.
How does a lessee account for a modification that fully or partially terminates an existing lease?
The lessee would adjust the lease liability by using the revised lease payments and an updated discount rate, derecognize a proportionate amount of the ROU asset, and recognize any difference as a gain/loss through earnings.
How to account for terminated leasehold improvements?
To capitalize the assets, you would debit Leasehold Improvements and credit Cash or Accounts Payable, depending on how you paid for the improvements. Only improvements that add value to the building should be capitalized. Routine maintenance or minor improvements should be immediately expensed.
