I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

The program is awesome. Spectacular. Your business practices are manipulative and shady. As much as I like the actual experience of using your website, the way you rope people in to pay for the privilege only AFTER they finish their documents is clearly intentional and very very suspect. For that reason I will never recommend this to anyone.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. How to find the item i was looking for was a little hassle,
daunting. But once u get the language right it is very easy
and helpful to got one form after another. Easily imports info too! Wow!

Good software. Did what I needed it to do. The layout could be a little less cumbersome, kind of busy when you look at the screen, a lot of icons/pics and made a simpler to navigate.
