Great tool!
Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics.
If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics.
It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

How are lease terms determined?

How are lease payments calculated?
Identify the number of the monthly payments on the lease. Then subtract the residual value from the net capitalized cost. Divide the resulting number by the number of payments. The result is the depreciation portion of the lease payment. For example, you lease a new car for three years.
What is the lease payment on a $30000 car?
A $30,000 vehicle with a 65 percent residual would have a base monthly payment of $292 before taxes, interest and fees. Choosing the vehicle with the higher residual percentage would net a savings of more than $200 per month for a vehicle with the same selling price.
How is lease buyout calculated?

The lease company assigns a realized value for your vehicle, which should be close to current wholesale market value, and subtracts your remaining lease balance and fees. The result is your equity, either positive or negative. If positive, you'll get a check from the lease company.
What makes up a car lease payment?
The amount of the car that you use is the difference between the value of the car at the beginning of the lease and the value at the end of the lease. So a lease payment is the sum of the three separate components, the depreciation charge, the interest charge, and the sales tax charge.
Does it pay to lease a car?
Your monthly cash flow: Leasing a car often has a lower monthly payment compared to financing a car with the same loan terms, since with a lease you're paying for the depreciation of the car during those years rather than the whole vehicle cost.
