so far so good. Not the easiest to find document while logged in. I find I have to do a search on the document from a web browser to get to it. PFDfiller couldn't find the doc from within the app.

So far, so good, I signed up for a subscription to do the 1099 forms, for my sons company. I will be filling them with the IRS thru this service also, so I will see how that goes.

It keeps mixing up my two accounts - - one subscription with an aol email address and one free account with my fire dept. address. I believe it's due to my MSOffice password settings.

Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. This is the best PDF program Ive used
This is the best PDF program Ive used. Ive long wanted something to compete with Adobe and this is it. I love the ease of using all features, especially the editing/adding text option. This program is top tier! As a healthcare provider who has to often complete forms for patients, this program exceeds my expectations.

I have been trying to cancel my…
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.
