Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and my request was granted speedily. The customer support is absolutely wonderful.

I've only used it for 30 minutes or maybe an hour but it has helped me merge a bunch of PDFs that I was having issues with and needed t get dne iin time for a contract delivery.

What do you like best?
The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support
What do you dislike?
The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used it to fill out contracts and pay applications along with notarized documents with my commercial construction company
