Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Simple, yet powerful tool for anyone who finds themselves away from their desk often. I can easily fill in text fields, E-sign and add pictures to my pdfs. I've also used it to print, email or eFax pdfs and docs.

I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

best customer service I've experienced
Software works good, had no problem at all. The customer service was top notch. They helped resolve my account problems within the first hour I sent out the form. Polite and efficient. The excellent service provided was the last and fith star.

If it were possible to drag and drop email addresses from my email to the pdf filler I believe it would be easier. I'm writing them down currently and then typing in the information.

How do you apply a table style?
Click anywhere on the table, then click the Design tab on the right side of the Ribbon. Clicking the Design tab. Locate the Table Styles group, then click the More drop-down arrow to see all available table styles. Select the desired style. The selected table style will appear.
