I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

There should not be an option for…
There should not be an option for alteration on the PDF document. For example, when I tried to type my name, I made a mistake and I back space the mistake but I ended up deleting the line on the original PDF document. A program like this should not give me the option to do that. Other than that, I felt like PDF Filer got the job done for me.

This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. What qualifies as a recordable injury?
How does OSHA define a recordable injury or illness? Any work-related fatality. Any work-related injury or illness that results in loss of consciousness, days away from work, restricted work, or transfer to another job. Any work-related injury or illness requiring medical treatment beyond first aid.
Is Light Duty a recordable injury?
OSHA officials take this last sentence to mean that light duty is a recordable work restriction unless the physician affirmatively states that the employee may perform all of his routine job functions and may work a full shift.
Do restrictions make an injury recordable?
You must consider an injury or illness to meet the general recording criteria, and therefore to be recordable, if it results in any of the following: death, days away from work, restricted work or transfer to another job, medical treatment beyond first aid, or loss of consciousness.
What is considered a lost time injury?
A lost time injury (LTI) is an injury sustained by an employee that will to a loss of productive work time. An injury is considered an LTI only when the injured worker is unable to perform regular job duties, takes time off for recovery, or is assigned modified work duties while recovering.
What makes a workers comp injury recordable?
Typically, a case is recordable if it involves one or a combination of a set of specified factors. The injury must have occurred domestically or in a U.S. territory. The injury or illness must have resulted in absences from work, restricted work, job transfer, medical treatment, or loss of consciousness.
Are all workers comp claims OSHA recordable?
Under OSHA, injuries to contracted or temporary employees are recordable by the supervising employer, regardless of whose Workers' Compensation insurance applies. Therefore, an event in which a medical provider provides first aid-type treatment would not be considered OSHA-recordable, even if performed repeatedly.
Is physical therapy a recordable injury?
If a physician or licensed health care professional recommends therapeutic exercise in response to a work-related injury or illness, the case is considered to involve medical treatment and the case is recordable. Any treatment not included on this list is not considered first aid for OSHA record keeping purposes.
What is an OSHA log?
The OSHA Form 300 is a form for employers to record all reportable injuries and illnesses that occur in the workplace, where and when they occur, the nature of the case, the name and job title of the employee injured or made sick, and the number of days away from work or on restricted or light duty, if any.
